B., a United State Corporation, being the holder of that certain mortgage dated July 30, 1991 and recorded July 31, 1991, in official records book 15131, at page 738, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, hereby consents to the filing of the foregoing Declaration of Condominium establishing CASTLE BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, in accordance with the requirements of Secion [sic] 718.104, Florida Statutes.
