2. Exhibit "B" to the Declaration, as amended by the First Amendment, Second Amendment and Third Amendment, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
3. Article XIII of the Declaration is amended to add the following paragraph 13.04 thereto:
13.04 The Owner of Unit P-4 shall have the right to transfer all or any portion of the Limited Common Elements to Unit P-4, as shown on Sheet 9 of 42 of Exhibit "A", to any other Unit Owner. In order for such a transfer to be effective, the notice of transfer shall be provided to the Association. Any transferee shall have the right to further transfer all or any portion of the Limited Common Elements to Unit P-4 in accord with this paragraph.
