SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ESTABLISHING CASTLE BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM

WHEREAS, the Declaration of Condominium establishing Castle Beach Club, a Condominium, was recorded on November 16, 1991, in Official Records Book 15285, at Page 1869, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida (the "Declaration"); and,

WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of Units CU-2, L-7, and L-8, and,

WHEREAS, Article 4.02 of the Declaration provides as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Declaration is amended as follows:

1. Units L-7 and L-8 are eliminated. Units CU-2 is enlarged to encompass former Units L-7 and L-8. Unit CU-2A is created out of a portion of Unit CU-2. All of the foregoing is as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto which replaces Sheet 8 of 40 in the Declaration.

2. The undivided share in the Common Expenses and the percentage of sharing Common Expenses and owning Common Surplus for Unit CU-2 shall now be equal to .014610 [typed into blank] percentage and Unit CU-2A shall now be equal to .000006 [typed into blank] percentage. Units CU-2 and CU-2A shall each have one (1) vote each.

3. Exhibit "B" to the Declaration is deemed to be revised in accordance with Exhibit "A" attached to this Amendment.
