NOW, THEREFORE, the Declaration is amended as follows:
1. Units 433, 435, 1101, and 1103 are hereby designated as Type VII Units. The purpose of this amendment is to make the Unit Types consistent with the percentage allocated to these Units as stated in the First Amendment.
2. The Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium filed on January 11, 1995, in Official Record Book 16654, Page 0508, is hereby renamed Amendment 5A. This amendment is to correct a scriveners error made on the amendment.
3. Unit TS5 is hereby re-designated a Type III unit, in order to correct an improper classification. All other unit owner allocations are hereby changed accordingly, as shown on Exhibit "B", pursuant to court order.
4. All other terms and provisions of the Declaration not specifically amended or altered hereby shall continue in full force and effect.
5. Exhibit "B" to the Declaration of Condominium is deemed to be revised in accordance with this Amendment
