AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BY-LAWS OF CASTLE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

Amendment to Article IX(A) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article Five, Section 1 of the By-Laws to provide as follows:

"A. The form of administration of the Association shall be by a Board of [struck: three (3)] five (5) [underlined] Directors."

"Section 1. The business of this Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of [struck: three (3)] five (5) [underlined] persons. All Directors, other than the Developer or his designated agents, shall be members of the Association."
