[continuation of item 4] and 1103 as shown on the Floor Plans attached hereto as Exhibit "B" which replaces Sheet 26 of 40 in the original Declaration.
5. The undivided share in the Common Expenses and the percentage of sharing Common Expenses and owning Common Surplus for Units 1101 and 1103 shall now be equal to their original percentage plus one-half of the percentage allocated to former Unit 1102.
6. Units 1101 and 1103 will have one vote each.
7. Exhibit "B" to the Declaration is deemed to be revised in accordance with this Amendment.
8. By countersigning below, CAPITAL BANK and HOME SAVINGS BANK, FSB, consent to the terms and provisions of this First Amendment to Declaration.
