NOTE 5: Pursuant to Section 718.116(8) (a) (2), the Developer has guaranteed that the Assessment for Common Expenses of the Condominium imposed on the Unit Owners will not increase over $1,325,000.00 and has obligated itself to pay any amount of Common Expenses incurred during that period and not produced by the Assessments at the guaranteed level receivable from other Unit Owners. The Budget guarantee appears in paragraph 14 under General Information in the Prospectus. The amount of the Budget guarantee for each Unit is the amount of the 1992 Budget for that Unit as set forth above.

NOTE 6: In the event of an amendment to the Declaration of Condominium by the Developer that changes the number of Units, the Budget shall be deemed to be adjusted accordingly.
